Honing is done vertically as well as horizontally, in the following capacity: ID range – 38-625 mm; length – up to 10 mtr; tolerance – H7/H8 or as required; finish – under 0.4 microns Ra. The company supplies honed tubes duly manufactured as per drawing complete till the last detail, i.e., with fabrication of flanges, trunion, ports, threading, drilling, tapping, etc., with honing as the last operation, thus achieving distortion free bores even after doing the above operations.
