Grind Master Machines Pvt Ltd offers Superfinishing Machines for round bars before and after hard chrome plating. These are multi head machines with a combination of belt grinding heads and polishing heads. Finishes up to 0.05 Ra can be achieved with this by using specific grades of coated abrasive belts and polishing wheels. Also offered are roller supports at inlet and outlet and automatic job feed systems. The machines are heavy duty and sturdy for achieving high productivity and consistent finishing results. The company has different models for microfinishing high pressure hydraulic cylinders and for finishing round telescopic cylinder tubes. The origins of Grind Master date back to 1984 when the promoters started by developing indigenous metal finishing machines. Until this time, all metal finishing operations were performed manually. These manual processes had limitations on time, accuracy and consistency of finish and resulted in an unhealthy work environment. The company over the past three decades has grown exponentially, offering one of the widest ranges of special purpose machines (SPMs) for the processes of deburring, grinding, polishing and micro-finishing to suit every industry need. From making 2-3 machines a year, Grind Master now manufactures 450 machines in three state-of-the-art factories and additional manufacturing support units.
