S M Systems Pvt Ltd offers customised Finishing Systems. The finishing process is no longer an optional process but it has become a necessity to compete in global market. For mass production, industries need to operate with minimal manual skill and least possible labour involvement.

Typically any mass finishing system will comprise of combination of the following modules:

• Loading system
• Vibro-Fin bowl – one or many
• Compound dosing system
• Post treatment like washing, oiling, drying, etc.
• PLC panel for automation, variable frequency drive, etc.

The model featured here comprises of:

• Deburring in vibro-fin (SPA series)
• Dosing system
• Sound cover (pneumatic actuation)
• Vibro-dryer
• PLC panel

S M Systems Pvt Ltd has only one business vertical and that is mass finishing. The company is dedicated only to manufacturing and development of machines, processes and consumables for mass finishing processes. It is engaged in manufacturing of Vibro-Fin range of vibratory finishing machines, Super-Fin range of centrifugal finishing machines, fully automatic customised finishing systems and necessary consumables (media and compounds) for the process.
