Prism Surface Coatings offers Automated Surface Finishing Plants. These are designed and created for products as diverse as ships, barrels, wood, formed jute,etc. Right from the barrel loading stage up to the un-loading stage including tilting is automated. Automation is synchronised with specially designed PLC controls, which precisely control and monitor the paint emission from automatic guns. The entire sequence of events is controlled and monitored from a single station with mimic display using feather touch controls. Even choice of different of colour bands is easy with the incorporation of push buttons. Critical material handling conveyors are used with tilting/flipping provisions for conveying and painting wood sections. In fact, the painting, baking, conveying operations and paint delivery controls are automated. Custom designed overhead conveyors are chosen for specific applications like "slot up" design for powder coating, power and free conveyor systems to conserve space, quick colour change, storage and more.
