- MT200 is an ultimate Multi tasker with opposed twin in line spindles. MT200 comes with Turning & Milling capabilities, all combined in one machine.
- Machine can be configured with 2 or 3 Turrets. Machine comes with “Y” axis on all Turrets and has Live Tool function on all turrets and stations. This offers flexible automation with bar work and chuck capabilities. The operator can realise two tools in single cut.
- The programmer can use various cutting variations available to use 2 turrets or 3 turrets with Y Axis for the best cutting process in turning and milling simultaneously. MT200 offers process integration to complete the work in one set up.
- Small and large work pieces up to 200mm can be accommodated.
- Large sized bar feeders up to 80mm is an option. Selectable spindle drive motors and speed ranges available from 11kw/15kw- 18.5kw as option.
- High speed 3 axes CNC Gantry Loader will be an additional advantage for non-stop production. Loader can help in handling heavier parts.
- Suitable applications vary from automotive tonon-automotive, and covers Hydraulics, Pneumatic, Aerospace, Medical, Oil & Gas, Precision Engg, Die & Moulds,etc. Some typical components include shaft, AC compressor cylinder block, Parts for CNG fittings, Differential case etc.
