Vertical Fine Boring Machine

The Master vertical fine boring machine, Model MI-1500, is a heavy-duty, precision made and accurate automotive service machine, especially designed to rebore the engine blocks and liners. Base and column of this machine are of high grade casting and are having accurately machined, hard and ground guidewaysmake for smooth travel of boring head. The guideways, in turn, are protected by the coverage of quality bellows. Gears and shafts in the boring head housing are of alloy steel and are heat treated and finely ground to give backlashless movement of the slides. The machine has a six-speed gear box. Our qualified and experienced engineers ensure the best quality and trouble free operation of MI-1500 for years together. Quick action cylinder device, directly connected to cutter head; spindle speed and automatic down-feed selecting levers; hand wheel for fine boring slide adjustment; electrical control panel; table locking lever and cross traverse hand wheel.
