V.P. Machine Tools, Bhavnagar is well known for its SURAJ Brand Drilling Machines since last 30 years. It offers 40 mm capacity Back Gear, Fine Feed Radial Drill Machines, Heavy Duty model. These machines incorporate latest machine tools design technology for full production job along with accuracy. Spindle shaft is made of EN 8 D with completely internal and external grinding to give accuracy in drilling. There is special taper roller bearing, at both the ends of spindle shaft to give full production capacity.
Extra bottom length column is fitted, having diameter 165mm of ribs seamless pipe of more thickness for heavy drilling jobs. Vertical travel of arm sliding is 890/387-maximum/ minimums having spindle travel 235 mm and spindle nose to base 900/185-mm. Base plate is completely grind finish & made of ribs with extra provision of coolant system. Â Also it has fine feed system that is so easy and simple which can be used during big drilling, boring and other heavy operations. A varieties of operations can handle such as: drilling, tapping, lapping, boring & counter boring in cast iron, steel and in other metallic and non-metallic materials.
