- Spindle shaft is made of EN-8 D with six spindles, completely internal and external grinding for accurate and correct drilling
- Special taper-roller bearings at both the ends of spindle shaft to give full production capacity
- Extra heavy-duty slide design made of backless supported V and not the open V to remove vibrations
- The column is made ribs CI seamless pipe in one piece of added thickness for heavy drilling job and to obtain extra load capacity, with dia 165 mm
- Vertical travel of arm sliding is 890 mm max, having spindle travel 235 mm; Spindle nose to base is 900 mm max
- Base plate is completely grinding finish and made of ribs of more thickness to obtain greater load capacity, also it has fine-feed system which is so easy and simple which can be used during big drilling, boring and other heavy operations
- A variety of operations such as drilling, tapping, lapping, boring and counter boring can be undertaken in cast iron, steel and other metallic and non-metallic materials
