Flexi Arm is an innovative hydraulic tapping from Macintel that offers new concept in tapping and is very productive machine that makes tapping operation very easy. There are two models: Vertical V3-18 and V12-30, and Universal HV 3-18, which give good options as auxiliary machines with HMC/VMC set-up. The machine is consuming power during operation of cutting thread and saves when the switch is released. The selection of tap speed sets automatically the working pressure.The depth of threading can be controlled by programming for each size of tap for which tapping spindle reverses automatically. The machine takes guide of predrilled hole only and quality of thread of 6H, 2B, 3B is achieved easily with good quality machine tap and optimum pressure and torque. It is faster as pitch feed is taken automatically and use of single machine tap only. The machine can cut ACME, UNI series thread with ease.
