Tapping Machine

Shree Gayatri Industries offers a tapping machine, The head is made from close grained cast iron accurately bored, reamed and honed in perfect parallelism between the column and spindle. A damping device is fitted for locking it on the column. The spindle is made from EN 8 to withstand distortion. It is balanced and mounted on roller bearing. A proportionately designed table for rigidity and sufficient surface area is provided to hold down the job. It can be vertically powered or raised by worm and rack (22/25 mm). The slottings are provided to hold heavy jobs. The base is made of sturdy design and provides sufficient area for heavy jobs. Slots are provided for convenient holding. A 6 mm clutch is made from original leather and specially heat treated for sizing, finishing and accuracy maintenance. Outstanding design features: allows perceptible feel of the force exerted on the tap; provides instantaneous control to change the rotation of tap; highly productive simple to operate and maintain; and suitable for the heavy extra long jobs like table?s tapping by moving any angle head.
