Sagar Machinery manufactures Tapping Machinery. This is used for wire and cable industries. Two/ three/ four/ six line vertical tapping machine heads to apply insulating tapes to flexible cables or solid conductors with the following main features: number spindle/ line - two/ three/ four; wire covering size - copper 0.4 mm to 3.50 mm, aluminium 0.68 to 6.00 mm; pay of system - bearing mounted shaft with tension adjuster, wire cleaning attachment, easily adjusted and easy to use system; pay of spool size - flange diameter 500 mm, width 400 mm; input wire guide - nylon pulley system; covering spinner speed - 1500 to 3000 RPM; paper/ tape pad diameter -pad inner diameter 48 to 75 mm, pad width 3 to 35 mm, pad outer diameter 200 mm to 300 mm; number of covering - three; rotation of spinner head - clockwise, counter clockwise and clockwise; spinner power transmission - V-belt/ timing belt; spinner-balancing spinner - 200/ 250/ 270/ 300 mm; tensioning system - internal/ external tap tensioning system; paper storage - chrome plated with inside PVC lamination; spindle - MS balanced spindle with 8 mm inner diameter; wire guard - flexible grinded wire guard; gearbox - roller bearing system, flexible gear system, EN-8 hardening grinding worm screw, flexible worm screw shaft; linear speed - from 7 to 60 metre - hardening surface of capstan wheel, bearing system in capstan wheel, cast iron molded capstan wheel; and power transmission (gearbox to travels) - industrial chain power transmission.
