Radial Drilling Machine

Makson Machines was promoted in 1994 by well known entrepreneurs who are pioneers in manufacture of radial and pillar drilling machines. The company offers a wide range of radial drilling machines with a choice of optional accessories; and also undertakes building of special purpose machines as per customers’ designs and requirements. Salient features: column and arm built up rigidly with reinforced ribs; minimising distortion, achieving long life and retaining accuracy; special spindle bearing arrangement for vibration free rough boring; wide range of speeds and feeds; power auto feed by mechanical and electro magnetic clutch; independent locking of drill head with arm, arm with sleeve and sleeve with column for easy setting; gears are made out of alloy steels to retain accuracy longer time; arm and other important parts are made out of closed grain wear resistant cast iron; and quill and spindle assembly balanced by guided counter weight. Optional accessories: coolant equipment, machine lamp, box table, tilting table, machine vices, electro hydraulic clamping for drill head and arm swivel, for models 40/900, V-belt B-46/A-24, electric motor for models 25/650, V-belt B-40/A-19 and electric motor.
