Production Threading Machines

REMS, Germany, is a 93 years old manufacturer of threading tools and machines. REMS Unimat range of threading machines are ideal for production threading in railway workshops, engineering companies, nipple manufacturers, etc. The REMS Unimat features only one universal automatic die head for all pipe threads, automatic opening and closing. Tangential-chaser-threading system allows low running cost, as the threading chasers are regrindable. Fast working, short resetting time and long working life are other features that the REMS Unimat range of machines offer. The Unimat 75 is suitable for pipe threads 1/16” – 2.1/2” and bolt threads 6-72 mm, whereas the Unimat 77 is suitable for pipe threads ¼”– 4”.
