Itco offers Precision Tapping Machine. It is heavy-duty tapping machine having tapping capacity in Steel 13mm and CI 16mm. The spindle is made of alloy steel accurately machined and ground; MT bore accuracy 20 to 30 microns. The head is made from close-grained CI, accurately machined to ensure perfect parallelism between the column and spindle. It is fitted with 11 bearings for long life. A precision ground column is made from heavy section seamless steel tube ensures rigidity and resists deflection. The square table is accurately machined for precision work. All moving parts are accurately machined and ground. It is easy to operate. The clutch assembly is designed perfectly to avoid any vibrations and assures smooth running. It has low production cost with optimum results and fine depth accuracy even in blind holes. It is useful for both RH and LH threading and for single, batch, mass productions without any change in settings.
