Precision Drilling & Tapping Machines

Ahire Machine Tools (AMT Group) has launched a range of Precision Drilling and Tapping Machines. These machines are energy efficient and aesthetically designed. The machines are tested as per standard ISO-2773 (IS-2425). These machines come in variants of capacities 6, 10 and 23 mm. Highest quality standards are ensured by using graded castings, hardened and ground alloy steel spindle shaft, ground and hard-chrome plated seamless column, and branded motor, bearings, electrical fitments, belts, etc. Model D-23 is a precision drilling machine with drilling capacity of Ø 23 mm on mild steel. This is a general purpose machine which can be used for various machining applications (centring, drilling, reaming, c’sinking, hole milling, etc). Rack-pinion type lifting/lowering arrangement for head stock/work table is provided as optional feature. The machine is available in three types classified on the basis of machine function: Drilling machine (D); Drilling cum tapping machine (TD); and Pitch controlled tapping machine (TP). The following range is also available. Bench model – needs stand for use (B); Column model – floor standing (C); and Line production – 2~4 heads on base (L).
