Precision drilling & tapping machine

This is a double spindle machine with both spindles working simultaneously. One spindle makes holes and the second makes threads into holes. To control the depth of threads there are two electric conductors and two micro switches. Due to movement of double spindle body, position of the object is maintained as it is. One can thread by inches or mm - 1 to 5 mm with this drill. Maximum depth of thread that can be done is 20 mm. To make holes in brass, the spindle speed is 5100 RPM and thread spindle speed is 1600 RPM. One can get maximum production and accuracy. This drill can also thread in MS sizes 2 to 5 mm. The drill has 0.17 HP three phase motor. The drill is also available in large sizes, which can thread/hole 6 to 12 mm, and has 0.5 HP three phase motor.
