Precision Deburring Machine

Grind master offers Conveyorised Precision Deburring Machine for sintered parts like stator, rotor, cover plate, distribution plate of common rail pump, fuel injection parts, valve plates of compressors etc. The machine deburrs the flat faces with holes and grooves, removes sharp edges and creates micro radius. It consists of two precision deburring heads. It is provided with sophisticated features like; auto wheel wear compensation, digital read out for job setting. The job loading / unloading and reversing system is also offered as optional.
