Prabhat Machine Tools offers Portable Magnetic Drill Machine For Plates & Pipes. The machine weighs just 32 kg and has 23 mm diameter drilling capacity and 150 mm depth. It requires only single phase 220 V AC power supply. It is ideal for drilling on pipe of various diameter and very easy to clamp machine on pipe. It has specially designed V-magnetic base for rigid clamping on pipes. The machine also uses heavy steel construction and big job of drilling. The drill motor comes with safety overload clutch system and without carbon brushes and armature. The machine has universal base for setting holes perfectly, and is suitable for right and left hand movement. Two pole electro magnetic base is provided for quick and perfect clamping on all jobs, so there is no need of shifting jobs; the machine being portable can be taken to the job. It has 1050 kgf holding power. The magnetic base is epoxy-sealed waterproof.
