Multi Spindle Drilling SPM

Gahir Industries has developed a Special Purpose Drilling Machine. The machine is built with a multi spindle drilling system. This machine can be used for deep hole drilling operations also. It delivers productivity of Ø 09.00 mm x 100 mm (L) deep drill in just 15 sec. The machine is built in vertical version with rotary index table and multi drilling spindles. It is powered by a PLC (programmable logic control system) controlled hydraulic auto cycle system. This machine of proven rigidity is successfully running in many OEMs for many years in 12 x 7 operations with great success. The company also excels in designing (3D modelling with AutoDesk Inventor Professional) machines with multi spindle and multi axis in vertical and horizontal versions as well as combination of both. Other products include multi spindle drilling SPMs, multi spindle boring SPMs, multi spindle facing, centring, drilling, tapping and chamfering SPMs, multi spindle and multi axis milling SPMs, multi tool turning SPMs, line boring SPM (two, three and four cylinders). These machines are well designed on account of proper metallurgy of each component, required hardness, controlled tolerances, standard tools fitment and inter-changeability of components.
