Micro Boring Tools & Twin Rough Boring Tools

Finetech Toolings has introduced Micro Boring Tools and Twin Rough Boring Tools. The range starts from dia 6 mm for finish boring and available up to 200 mm. The twin rough boring has a range from 18 to 200 mm. It is built on a modular concept and the tools are interchangeable, making it easy for setting up a wide range of hole machining and also reducing the cost. The dia/length ratio has been designed to maintain a stable cutting. The micro boring head has a fine adjustment of 10 microns on dia for accurate hole machining. The twin rough boring tools have graduated markings and setscrew for adjustment. All the tools are made of high quality hardened steel for better accuracy and life
