Indexable Insert Type Drill

Universal Tool manufactures in their world class CNC plant drills with special indexable inserts. These drills are coolant fed having a hole to deliver the coolant up to the cutting edges, with specially designed replacement inserts having high penetration work. These drills offers H9 tolerance on the hole with very good surface finish on the helical flutes which are only designed for drilling long holes. The insert is replaceable after wearing of the cutting edge. It can be easily unlocked and replaced with a new insert. Throwaway insert design makes the tool highly economical, offering all the advantages of brazed high penetrating, high performance drills with economical, replacebale inserts. These are offered from ø 12 mm to ø 60 mm. Inserts are offered in micrograin carbide along with TiN and TiCn coating.
