The Hydraulic Cylindrical Grinding Machine (universal) has heavy-duty one-piece CI bed and prismatic guide ways. The work head spindle speed ranges from 50 to 500 Rpm (4 step)n and is placed on adjustable high precision taper bush bearing or P4-grade bearings. Turcite-B lining is provided on workhead table guideways for stick/slip-free motion. Lubrication is through automatic centralised lubrication system.
