Horizontal Boring & Milling Machine

Machines in this series are ideal equipment for processing middle and large sized components with high machining accuracy. Horizontal milling and boring machine, Model TPX6111B/2, features an integral auxiliary guideway. The traverse of the table on the lower slide enhances machine rigidity. The machine has great machining accuracy due to minimised distortion and excellent rigidity. Models with boring spindle diameter ranging from 90,110 and 130 mm; table longitudinal travel ranging from 1000 to 2000 mm and transverse travel ranging from 900 to 2000 mm are available. The TPX6111B/3 features extended travels on the table and vertical travel of the headstock, and increase the effective machining range. The table size is increased and can hold up to 3000 kg. The spindle, with a taper hole of ISO 7:24 No. 50 can be equipped with an automatic tool clamping/unclamping device. Model TPX6111C/3 adopts an inverter motor instead of traditional AC motor feeding, and allow infinite spindle speeds in both gear ranges. The upper and lower slides are coated with anti-friction, and anti-wear fluoro resin liners for enhanced life and accuracy. The machine is applicable for boring, milling, threading, drilling, counter-boring, reaming, spot facing and milling large size parts.
