Dolphin Machining Solutions is the sole distributor for the products of Drill Matic srl, Italy, in India. They are marketing self-feed drilling units for small and medium drilling, spot facing and milling applications. The units can be installed in any position using the 60 and 85 mm dia supports. The rapid approach and slow speed are adjustable. It is available in both pneumatic and hydraulic type. Its feed speed control has been designed in such a way as to achieve easy adjustment and constant speed. Its feed precession is assured by an excellent thermal stability of the fluid. It is provided with two electrical limit switches (or pneumatic on request) and with mechanical stop for precision depth. Spindle, sleeve, sleeve guide, etc, are hardened and ground. Its sleeve protrusion allows to grip multiple drilling heads.
