Drilling Machines For Deep Holes

Nagel-India introduces precision deep hole drilling machines manufactured in collaboration with the world leaders TBT Tiefbohrtechnik GmbH of Germany. The machines are offered for various applications requiring precision deep hole drilling from 1 mm upwards. They are made as per latest models and technology developed by TBT. Drilling spindles are AC frequency controlled to ensure vibration free running of the tool, leading to an increased tool life. The spindles are mounted in precision bearings grease packed for life. High pressure coolant supply ensures efficient cooling and chip disposal. Feed movement is through recirculating ballscrew and AC servo drive with encoder. The drill bush carrier is made of rigid cast iron and is a solid device for the reception of the tool guide and clamping of round components. Special designs of drill bush carriers are available for different applications. Siemens PLC control is a standard for simple and logically arranged programming of process parameters. Tool monitoring system is standard. The machine is compact and comes with a unique drum filter.
