Satya Prakash Machine Tools manufactures an All Geared auto feed pillar type Drilling Machine. This is a sturdy machine with base plate made of vibration free, hard material casting and inside ribs and T slots moulded. The surface is machined perfect to face, and ground in level. The table is heavy-duty fixed type, machined in right-angle on fixture; column bracket is made of octagonal shape which acts like ribs giving more rigidity. The spindle is made of EN 8-9 forged steel with 6 slots; ram is made of hard steel more thickness and heavy teeth. The spindle running is in 6 ball and taper roller bearings; all parts are prepared with grind finish; auto feed range is made of so effective which can be used in drilling, boring and reaming; and in auto feed model radial and pillar drill machine main gears are made in EN 8 steel helical gears worm and worm gear is extra heavy-duty for 100% successful auto feed model drilling machine. These machines are used all over India and now exported to other countries.
