Double Ended Conveyor Idler Horizontal Boring Machines

ABL Machine Tools offers Double Ended Conveyor Idler Horizontal Boring Machine, a SPM for Conveyor Roller/ Idler manufacturers. This is a Special Purpose Machine for simultaneous boring of Belt Conveyor Rollers. The machine has its bed casted from closed grained cast iron and flame ground to accurate level, which are about 14 feet in length and 2 1/2 feet in width. On this bed there are two workheads with independent motors at rear and revolving machining tools post on front that has independent controls. These workheads can be operated independently or simultaneously by common lead screw for three different RPMs as required. Pipe holding devices are provided either with Manual Holding or Hydraulic Holding. A Coolant pump is provided for cooling effect while machining the pipe ends on both sides. Limit Switches are provided for automatic cut off ?feed? of machining once it is achieved as per our requirement or setting. Separate motor is provided for Lead Screw for Auto Feed and Auto Cut Off. The above machine carries a perfect performance guarantee for 3 years and warrantee for 1 year from the date of supply. Conveyor Rollers from f 60 mm O.D. to 170 mm O.D. and 150 mm length to 2000 mm length can be machined for bore and correct length in one set- up. Total quantity produced per hour shift is from 150 Rollers to 200 Rollers depending on their length and weight.
