Deburring Solutions with ATBs

Osborn Lippert India has introduced world class latest technology in Deburring Solutions, right on machining centre in wet condition. Impregnated abrasive nylon wire is moulded in different shapes to suit the different applications of customers. Advanced manufacturing technique and high density of abrasive filaments make the advanced technology brushing (ATBs) system a special deburring tool. ATB has 4 times higher fill density, which increases its life many times as compared to conventionally manufacturing in addition to the reduced cycle time. Osborn ATBs are fully balanced deburring brushes, which makes them more efficient to provide better results at each step of deburring operation. The high tech filaments of ATB are densely filled with different abrasive grits for powerful deburring. ATBs can be used with coolants too. ATB brushes are available in various combinations of dimensions and filaments to suit all kind of applications. ATBs are most machine friendly tools and come along with special adapter to be clamped on standard arbor to fit on machining centre [HSK 63, SK, DIN, etc].
