Deburring, Scrubbing & Finishing Machine

Valgro-Hyzer custom made flat surface finishing machine is meant for printed circuit board, metal label and ceramic tiles manufacturing industries. This unique machine provides uniform brushing effect on wider face area for deburring, finishing and cleaning operation. This saves up to 60% time compared with conventional system. It comprises vertical axis rotating and oscillating brushes, wet operation washing and drying both sides, dry operation dust extraction and absolute filter (optional). It deburrs all internal and external edges, with adjustable brush speed (optional) and consistent brush abrasion. Brushing capacity: width 450 to 1750 mm, control by PLC complete with touch screen (optional), adjustable conveyor speed (belt/roller), and solid metal body construction (SS/MS). Different brush grits combinations are possible to perform different surface treatments.
