These are designed for deburring and cleaning sheet metal components, plasma flash removal, water and laser jet micro burr removal, etc. The electro chemical deburring machine is based on the fundamental process of electrolysis. The part which is carefully dimensionally designed is placed near the area of deburring. The material is removed from the anode and dissolved in the solution. On the component the burr root thickness less than 0.2 mm and height 1.00 mm can be demurred to maintain the edge rounding from R = 0.2 to 0.5 mm, in a cycle time of 20 to 30 seconds. The machine removes burrs, sharp edges and is suitable for polishing of aluminium and stainless steel parts.
