Deburr Cross Holes In Seconds

The Burr-be-Gone deburring centre is designed for deburring cross holes in 3/4" or larger ID bores. Powered by 110-volt, 1/3 HP, variable-speed DC motor, the countersink tool rotates at up to 1750 RPM producing cleanly deburred holes in seconds, in a wide variety of parts that would typically be hand deburred. The Burr-be-Gone models are available from stock to accommodate hole sizes from 1/32" to 5/8" diameter. The countersink tool can be changed in less than a minute and mounted on either the front or the back side of the gear housing, adding flexibility for deburring hard-to-reach holes. An anodized aluminium, centreline locating table permits fast setup and a smooth work surface for accurate part positioning. The motor control terminal is mounted on an adjustable swing arm for operator convenience. The entire unit weighs less than 70 lbs and is packaged complete with operator"s manual and safety instructions.
