Cylinder Fine Boring Machine

The vertical fine boring machine, Model MI-1500 from New Delhi-based Master Industries, is a heavy, precision and accurate automotive service machine, especially designed to rebore the engine blocks and liners. The base and column of this machine are made from high-grade suitable castings with accurately machined and ground guide ways for smooth travel of boring head. The guide ways in turn are protected by the quality bellows. In boring head housing, gears and shafts that are machined out of alloy steels and duly heat-treated and ground are fitted to give backlash-less movements of the slides. Control box for various functions has been provided on the right hand side and at a comfortable position. MI-1500 model has six speeds gear box.
