Sahajanand Laser Technology introduces the Arjun Series of CNC PCB drilling machines, a perfect combination of power and precision to enhance effectiveness in precise PCB manufacturing. Features: compact machine with integrated drive electronics; incorporates precision grade angular contact bearings to withstand axial forces; higher positioning accuracy ? 0.018 mm, higher repeatability ? 0.003 mm, resolution 1 micron and vibration free motion; backlash free ball screw mechanism and smooth frictionless linear motion guides with stepper/servo motor drives are used; feed rate in X, Y, Z-axes can be achieved from 90 mm/sec with open loop system and 120 mm/sec with closed loop system; maximum table loading capacity is about 20 kg; manual and automatic tool changing facility available; and spindle speed varies from 10,000 to 1,00,000 RPM. The machine is applicable for 3-dimensional linear and circular interpolations on X-Y plane. It is available in both open loop and close loop options, with specially designed Windows based software. The software generates tool paths for PCB drilling and routing. It is capable of handling scanned images as well as vector images. This software supports file formats such as "plt" and "dxf". "sip" and "dip" facility, PCB layout rotating, PCB routing facility, mirroring and tech in mode with CCTV camera are available in the standard software. This software is also useful for error detection and correction, step and repeat for multi pasting. Drill sequence designer/editor is also available. Options available: auto tool changer (up to 16 tools), multi spindle attachment, granite based table, CCTV camera and monitor for view system, pattern generator (cross hair), vacuum system for dust collection, vacuum clamping and auto tool height setting.
