CNC Drilling Machine

MD Corporation offers a fully automatic CNC Drilling Machine, Pro-Arc, equipped with automatic drill process where operators do not need to adjust the primary and extremity drilling position on different thickness of plate and also increase the drilling efficiency and prevent mis-operation. These machines are used in drilling of plates in construction industry, and are available in three different models: Cantilever type, Table type and Gantry type, which work on 50~70 kg/cm of pressure with travelling speed of 300 mm/min, and stroke 400 mm. Besides drilling, tapping from M14~ M32 and slot milling functions are available as option. Drilling machine also has options for drilling spindle selection. Features: IPC based CNC controller, built-in CAD/CAM system, safety protection design, high speed drilling, auto lubrication device, multi location process and easy position check, etc. Optional accessories available are: ATC auto tool changing device; electric chip conveyor for easy removal of waste; and drill grinder for re-sharpening.
