Biltz Cutting Tools Company offers Solid Carbide Centre Drill for drilling centre holes in steel, high tensile steel, cast iron, chilled cast iron, Cr-Ni steel, bronze, light metals on long production runs where precise centering is required. These are available in both coated and uncoated forms in pilot diameters ranging from 0.5 - 10 mm and also grade K10/K20/K40. These are also suited for machining of abrasive materials fiber-reinforced plastics and other durra-plastics that may cause severe abrasion on cutting lips and lands. These can be used at very high speed and feed and for very long life.
