Biltz Cutting Tools Company offers Solid Carbide Burnishing Drills with coolant holes for drilling in short chipping materials such as cast iron, malleable cast iron, etc where accurate and correctly aligned drilled holes are demanded. These burnishing drills are straight fluted with two flutes in solid carbide have higher torsion strength compared to spiral fluted tools. The drilled holes have close diameter tolerance and excellent surface finish at high cutting rates resulting in high productivity. These are available in diameter ranging from 1 - 80mm also for drilling depths up to 10 times diameter. The range of solid carbide tools supplied includes 2/3/4 fluted end mills, reamers, through coolant reamers, high helix end mills, 3 flute standard drills, through coolant drills, centre drills, step drills for tapped hole, solid carbide, special tools.
