RV Machine Tools offers Auto Drilling Machines, RVD20. It is totally trouble free, easy to operate and requires less maintenance. It is also provided with coolant attachment. Its total stroke is 100 mm while the working stroke is 25 and 60 mm respectively. Its thrust load is 200 kgf in the pneumatic version while the hydraulic version have 600 kgf. Its spindle bore is MT 3 and concentricity is 0.02 mm. Its motor power is 1.1 kW in the pneumatic version and 1.5 kW in the hydraulic version. Its center distance between the columns to spindle is 240 mm. Its working table is 330 x 360 mm which have thee T-slot provisions for job clamping. It can also be provided with multispindle drill head to boost the high volume production. The other model available is RVDD32.
