All-Geared Precision Radial Drilling Machine

Machinery & Spares offer energy all geared precision radial drilling machines Model 35/1000. All castings are of IS 20/25 grade, seasoned and stress relieved. The drilling capacity in MS is 35 mm with a radius of 1000 mm. All geared headstock provides 8 spindle speeds ranging from 80 to 890 RPM. Two automatic feeds to spindle with auto stop at preset depth is an additional feature. The main spindle is of special alloy steel, duly hardened and precisely ground. It is supported in high precision ball bearings. Spindle assembly is provided with drill ejector device, thus eliminating use of drill drifts. Interchangeability of parts is maintained by extensive use of jigs and fixtures. The accuracy of machine is tested as per IS:2199-1962.
