Features

Design and construction guarantee reliable functioning, precise cutting results and a long life span with little maintenance. The oscillating knife beam and the resulting clearance extend the longevity of the knives. The extremely small cutting angle minimizes the distortion when cutting both thin and thick material.

Solid squaring arm with ruler, installed on the left side of the machine ensures precision cutting. Machine is equipped with a working table with hard transfer balls and brush tables.

CNC controlled blade gap adjustment.

High Precision back guide with integrated high accuracy ball screw + linear guide, powered by a high performance servo motor. It is standard equipment with automatic swing-up function.

Unique Structure design for the hold-down cylinders; a special built-in spring structure with high quality inserts to avoid markings on sensitive materials (like aluminum, pre-painted steel components) that need to be cut.

High quality hydraulic system and good quality blades. CNC control on rotating arm that improves comfort of machine operators. Font support tables with integrated transfer balls or brushes to reduce friction and ensure the work piece surface is not scratched. Practical designed finger protection, ensures the safety of the operator when cutting small parts.

Separate container for small parts and return of narrow strips to the front side underneath the machine.

Movable container both to the front and back of the shear on wheels. Control panel on rail, movable in width. Return of (cut) parts to the operator and no loss of time, no marking/damaging and torsion free cutting.
