- It is based on the latest technology, with a weight of only 28 kg and 50 mm diameter drilling capacity. This machine requires only single phase 220 V power supply.
- This is a great improvement since machines for making heavier holes used to weigh up to 2000 kg and require minimum 5 HP 440 V 3-phase power consumption. The machine is ideal for heavy steel construction and big jobs of drilling.
- The machine cuts with broach cutter and it cuts only a border and saves inside material, and hence it is three to four times faster than a twist drill.
- The cutter is attached to the machine, which runs in needle bearing guide for accurate holes with high surface finish. A broach cut with 6 to 8 cutting edges makes a smooth cut. An auto cooling systems is provided for long and safe life of broach.
- The machine has 2 speeds and comes with a safety overload clutch. A two-pole electro magnetic base is provided for quick and perfect clamping on all jobs for making up to 60 mm diameter and 75 mm deep holes without pilot drilling in single pass.
