Patson Machines Pvt Ltd offers rotary indexing type multispindle Drilling and Tapping Machine for lighting industries. This machine is specially designed for drilling and tapping for components such as floodlights of different wattage, aluminium heat sink, aluminium pole, etc. The number of spindles for the machine will be according to the number of holes to be drilled as per the component. The machine has two stations, one for drilling operation and second for tapping operation. Tapping operation will be of pitch controlled type. Different tapping sizes in one component, is possible. Floating type tap holders are used for tap. Drilling station is hydraulically operated. Rapid feed-feed-rapid return cycle is used for drilling operation. Labour involvement is drastically reduced due to this machine. Reduction in machining time, rejection rate and increased productivity are the major advantages of this machine.
