Mec Shot Blasting Equipments has launched a high temperature casting Airless Spinner type Hanger Shot Blasting Machines. This compact and vibration free machine 100°C casting blast clean machine occupies 250 sq.m space area, with maximum 7.5 mtr height, and is suitable to blast clean jobs having envelop 3 mtr dia x 2 mtr height casting surface, with component weight of up to 8 metric tonnes. Due to the high temperature, special care is taken for equipment maintenance, hot parts, hot machine environment combined with abrasives, operational safety, etc. Due care is taken of various aspects like bearing lubrication, conveyor design, vulnerability of pieces due to material composition, ventilation and control systems, chain and other non-combustible materials and cleaning to meet the high efficiency, safety and reduce maintenance requirements. To handle jobs of high weight and momentum, an overhead gantry crane is used to move the pieces with the help of hoisting spinning arrangement, in very simple movements of work handling system. Specific abrasive recycling system is used with shortest path of abrasive flow with a very shallow pit for easy and quick periodic maintenance. Special care is taken to select the reverse pulse air jet pleated type dust collector and exhaust fan of 40 HP.
