Shot Blasting & Peening Machine

Surface International manufactures a swing table type Shot Blasting and Peening Machine. This is used for: aesthetic finishing of die casting of aluminium, zinc and alloy steels; desanding and descaling of casting and forgings; preparation of surface for protective coatings; and shot peening of heavily stressed components and removal of heat treated scales. Special features: these machines are sturdy, rugged and proven across a wide variety of working conditions. They have been designed to carry out the multifarious jobs of cleaning and peening in faster time and of a better quality than all other make of machines. The latest design and most powerful blast wheel is incorporated, in order, to keep the maintenance costs significantly low. Dust collector options are available, i.e., fabric bag type, reverse pulse-jet type, cartridge type, as per users’ choice.
