BEC hanger type shot blasting machines are manufactured in various sizes, with internationally acceptable quality standards. The machine are designed to operate at very low operating costs, with minimum maintenance costs, etc, and the lowest capital investment. These machines are widely used for cleaning castings in foundries, to remove rust or oxides formed on the internal and external surfaces of metal components. Set of closed cage type impeller wheels used to throw cast steel shots at high velocity on the components, parts sent inside the blasting cabin, along with the hangers. All the operations are carried out with electric motors, and other suitable controls. The company supplies these machines with standard design of monorail system. It also manufactures the monorail system according to the requirement of customers. Available in 300 kg, 600 kg, 1250 kg, 2.5 T capacity.
