Shot Blasting Machine for Truck Frame Rails & Channels

Mec Shot Blasting Equipments offers as airless Shot Blasting Machine, Model 50 HP 6W. This is a special purpose heavy machine to blast clean Truck Frame Rails and Channels of high strength steel 110-130 KSI in a single pass only by high powered six wheels each 50 HP of diameter 21" x 5" blade width rotating at 2250 revolution per minute. The important feature is out of six wheels, two wheels are kept inside the blast cabinet with open type wheel housing to achieve the surface finish SSPC-10 at work piece speed 45 ft/min and SSPC-6 to SSPC-7 up to 60 ft/min by providing variable frequency drive to 3 numbers of roller conveyors. Of course the above performance can be achieved only by very high massive abrasive flow control with six numbers of LP-2000 Magna valves and ensured abrasive flow of approximately 3.3 tonnes per minute with a 100 cubic feet volume abrasive replenisher unit. A special abrasive air wash system of approx 5 mtr length is designed. The approx weight of the machine is 40 tonnes, which shows the heaviness of the machine with respect to the components type even after the depth of pit is restricted to approximately 2 mtr only.
