Shot Blasting Machine, Airless

The high efficiency airless shot blasting machine from Surface International is a high output tumblast type shot blasting machine with a reported output that is 2.5 to 3 times that achieved by locally fabricated machines. The shot blasting machine so designed and manufactured has fully manganese steel lined blast cab cabinet, which gives an exceptionally long life to the blast cabinet due to reduced wear and tear. The abrasive system efficiently transfers the spent abrasive back into storage hopper. Before transfer of these abrasives into the storage hopper, these abrasives are cleaned by an air-wash system given in the separator of the machine. This separator efficiently segregates usable abrasives from unusable ones. The Dust collector provided with the machine involves latest technology, i.e., reverse pulsejet system, which constantly cleans the dust bag by action of an air-jet. To reduce the sound of the machine and make it user-friendlier, a sound reducer is provided with the machine and is fitted just before the blast wheel. This sound reducer also has facility to regulate the flow of abrasive media as per requirement of the machine and capacity of the motor attached to the blast wheel. The machine is provided with cubical panel with all controls provided on the panel. A Programmable Logic Control (PLC) governs the operation of the machine, and the operation/status of the machine can be seen on the Human Machine Interface (HMI).
