Patel Furnace & Forging Private Limited provide total customized blasting machine for all kind of simple to heavy duty requirement, to provide dual advantage of preparing surface to painting and coating and to remove all impurities (rust, scale, paint) from the surface.

Passage opening, size of blasting chamber and number of blast wheel depends on surface finish and production requirement. The components get blast clean as they pass through the blasting chamber on special roller conveyor made of wear resisting material. To provide uniform surface finish blast equal number of blast wheel are place on top and bottom of pass line at different angel.
