In these machines scaffoldings are placed in a specially designed tray, which is placed on to roller conveyor. The tray moves in forward direction as roller conveyor moves. Line speed can be adjusted depending on production required, which carry job into blasting chamber. As the tray pass through the blasting chamber it get blasted for top and bottom. Line speed of the conveyor can be adjusted depending on production and finish required. Number of blast wheel and tunnel passage opening depends on size of the job and application. The machine comes with pulse jet bust collector.
