LSPM Leaf Spring Peening Machine

LSPM Leaf Spring Peening Machine is provided with edge penning facility. The machine is equipped with auto sensing i.e., whenever there is leaf in the inlet vestibule the abrasive is put ON and in case of no components in the inlet vestibule the abrasive is put OFF. The Leaf Spring Shot Penning Machine is designed to give desired coverage in a single pass at a particular conveyor speed. These machines have been designed to convey two leafs. The edge penning facility is incorporated. The wheels are so placed for the abrasives to strike at 90º to the component. The blast cabinet of the machine is totally lined with long life wear resistant manganese liners. All the variable parameters can be controlled.
