PressureJet Systems (formerly PreciDose Pumps & Systems), has introduced in India a high pressure jet water sand blasting system, which uses an abrasive material, mixed with the water jet to create an abrasive spray. This spray is blasted on the surface to be cleaned, which breaks away small pieces of undesirable coating corrosion or other undesirable substances to create the desired white metal finish, perfect for recoating. Water sand blasting can be used for various applications like paint, rust, corrosion and scale removal, casting cleaning, paint removal from ship hull. This system is an option of sand blasting unit with pollution free, quick, cheaper and very efficient operation. The company offers various other products, in technical collaboration with Leuco SpA – Italy, and Hughes Pumps Ltd – UK.
